2 metre window cleaning kit: what’s in the box
This 2 metre window cleaning kit pairs a telepole that closes to 1 m and opens to 2 m with a 35 cm Pullex squeegee, a 35 cm washer and a 15 litre bucket, and it packs the spares most kits leave out: a second washer sleeve and a 71 cm Pullex replacement rubber. It is made for ground-floor and low single-storey glass.

Who the 2 metre kit is for
Ground-floor windows, sliding and patio doors, and shopfronts: glass just above head height that would otherwise need a step-ladder. At 1 m closed it is the easiest pole here to carry and store.

Using and caring for the 2 metre kit
Extend the telepole only as far as the window needs and lock each section. Wash the glass, then squeegee in overlapping strokes from the top down, wiping the rubber between strokes.
Rinse the squeegee, washer sleeve and bucket in clean water after each job and let them dry before packing the kit away. The Pullex rubber is cut on both edges, so turn it over when the working edge wears; when both edges are worn, replace it with the spare 71 cm Pullex rubber in this kit. Collapse the telepole fully before carrying it, and lock each section before you lift it to the glass.

Is there a version of this kit without the spares?
Not with a 2 m pole. The Basic Window Cleaning Kit has the squeegee, washer and bucket without a pole, and the 2 m telepole is sold on its own.
How long does the telepole stay locked?
There is a lock on each section, so the pole stays at the length you set, anywhere between 1 m and 2 m, while you work.
What does the 71 cm rubber fit?
The 71 cm Pullex rubber fits both the 35 cm and 45 cm Pullex squeegee channels. Cut it to the channel length when you fit it.
